What the plan covers

Usage and billing

Included and promotional minutes reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. A connected call is rounded up to the next whole billable minute. Overage and storage estimates appear in the account. Payment collection is not active in this build.

Recordings and consent

The account owner is responsible for using recording features lawfully. CallExhibit may require an audible disclosure based on reviewed policy settings or incomplete location information. A customer preference never guarantees that disclosure is unnecessary for a particular call.

Evidence retention

The selected plan controls the retention period and included storage. The account shows an expiration date for each recording. Call metadata needed for usage and account history may remain after a recording expires.

Privacy and support

Operator playback of customer recordings is disabled by default. A customer may temporarily allow playback for support. Account and call metadata remain available to authorized operators for system administration.

Carrier setup

Forwarding behavior depends on the mobile carrier and plan. Guides marked tested have passed a CallExhibit validation call; all other guides require carrier confirmation and a successful customer test.
